I sent my digital camera into a sony repair shop about a week ago. How long should it be before I get it back?

If you sent your camera in for repair directly to Sony, you should hear something in 10 days. As to when they expect it to be repaired. If you had a dealer do it for you. Wait 4 weeks, then get the dealer to inquire for you. This will hurry up the repair. Repairs sent in by dealers are repaired when they have time as customers who send in the repair are attended to first. Dealers are last in line.
