When I put in the USB port into my computer it asks for any software to install for the Sony Digital Camera. It didn’t come with software and so then my computer doesn’t suggest any other way to stream my video from the camera. I really need help?

download the software……….when you say digital camera, people mean a STILL camera.

OK so have this big final due in biology and my friends and i got together to make a video. Well since i have edited videos before i was the one who got the job of putting it all together.. i had a problem uploading the pictures from the begiining because the camera i used was a sony and i didnt have any sony software on my computer.. anyways i got it to upload. So then i go to my windows movie maker and i go to look for the files and it says that i cant use them because windows movie maker doesnt use that kind of file extension or whatever… What can i do or change that would change the file or file extension so that i can use the video clips on windows movie maker.. i have used this before so idk what the difference is between using her camera and mine.. i have a pentax but that shouldnt matter IF you could help i would GREATLY appreciate it we spent two days filming thank you

I’d like to recommend AVS Video Editor to you, I always use it to edit video and make funny video for uploading to Youtube, it’s easy to use and the quality is awesome, you can crop, cut, join, edit video with it easily. It also embeds many special effects, you can even add text to video or add background music, that’s pretty cool. It worth a try
