Sony EX1R Timelapse Footage – Ominous
A short film testing out timelapse on a Sony EX1R Camera, of the Manchester Skyline from Salford. The video was shot on a rather ominous day. I performed some colour correction to give it a slight post-apocalyptic feel (the background helped!) I was not completely happy with the results, I still think the test results from my Canon 550D is much better. I am really happy with the Canon and hope to be using it in anger sometime soon!! SONY EX1R Camera test – George Ohan
This footage was shot in 20 minutes for camera test purposes ONLY. I would definitely recommend this camera for any Indie Film Maker. It has an amazing picture quality and records a very stable picture even while holding the camera and running with it. The camera was either placed on the ground or hand held by myself during the test. Further tests show color and shallow depth of field to be amazing on this machine! *I apologize that there is not a story for the shots; Maybe the guy is avoiding his landlord because he’s late on rent?
